HNYT Ships Four ZQW-13 Pneumatic Rock Loaders to South America
On 23 September 2026, HNYT loaded and dispatched four ZQW-13 pneumatic rock loaders for a customer in South America. The machines are intended for underground rock loading, where compact equipment and flexibility of movement are important. Powered by compressed air and equipped with rubber wheels, the loaders suit the customer’s need for equipment that can work without a stable electrical supply at the working face and move without being confined to rails.

Equipment and Configuration
The order comprises four rubber-wheel machines. Key model specifications are listed below; full details are available on the ZQW-13 product page.
Item | Shipment or model information |
Order quantity and destination | 4 units / South America |

Packing and Truck Loading
The factory photographs document the equipment before dispatch and after loading onto the truck. In the workshop, the yellow loaders are arranged in a row, with their buckets lowered. The rubber wheels, pneumatic controls and air connections are visible, giving buyers a clear view of the equipment supplied for this order.
Packing is also visible in the photographs. Selected parts are covered with protective wrapping, and small wooden boxes are positioned beside the machines during preparation. In the truck-loading view, the loaders are covered with clear plastic, with straps crossing the load. A large wooden crate is positioned alongside the equipment. The wrapping leaves the overall machine outlines visible while covering exposed surfaces for transport.
The four-unit order has now been dispatched for the South American customer. This update records the factory shipment stage; arrival at the destination and operation at the mine are later stages. For the customer, the combination of workshop and truck photographs provides a visual record of how the machines were prepared for the journey.

Why This Configuration Fits the Mine
The customer’s underground conditions call for a compact loader that does not depend on a stable electrical supply at the working face. The ZQW-13 pneumatic rock loader uses compressed air as its power source. A suitable compressed-air supply is therefore essential: the site should confirm available pressure and flow at the machine, including losses through the air line.
Rubber-wheel travel also gives this wheel type pneumatic rock loader more freedom to reposition than a machine restricted to rails. That flexibility is useful where loading positions change, provided the floor, gradients and operating clearances are suitable. The compact body helps it fit into confined workings, while the full bucket movement and unloading path still need to be checked against the mine layout.
For buyers comparing an air rock loader or pneumatic shovel loader, the choice should start with the working conditions. Tunnel size, air supply, floor condition and the receiving transport equipment all affect whether this configuration is appropriate.
