Batch of ZQ-26 Pneumatic Rock Loaders Loaded for Customer Delivery

HNYT has completed loading a batch of Cargadoras neumáticas de rocas ZQ-26 for customer delivery. The yellow rail-mounted machines were placed on a transport truck at the factory, bringing the order from final preparation into the logistics stage.

The shipment photos show the loaders arranged together with their large buckets and lifting frames clearly visible. Delivering multiple units in one batch can help a mining project coordinate equipment arrival, commissioning preparation and future operating schedules.

A Batch Shipment Prepared at the Factory

Before dispatch, the production team completed routine pre-shipment checks covering the main structure, bucket assembly, lifting mechanism, pneumatic controls and rail-running components. Accessible connections and exterior condition were also reviewed before the machines were transferred to the truck.

During loading, the units were positioned in sequence on the truck deck. Timber supports and transport straps were prepared around the load, while the bucket openings and projecting structures were arranged with the available vehicle space in mind. This preparation helps limit unwanted movement and contact during road transport.

Built for Rail-Mounted Underground Loading

The ZQ-26 is a compressed-air-powered, rail-mounted rock loader for underground mucking work. Its bucket gathers blast-broken rock or ore and discharges the material into a mine car, supporting the link between tunnel excavation and underground haulage.

According to HNYT’s current standard reference data, the ZQ-26 uses a 0.26 m3 bucket and can be configured for 600, 762 or 900 mm track gauges. The stated working-air range is 0.45-0.7 MPa, with separate air motors for travel and bucket lifting. The final specification for each order should be confirmed against the customer’s site data.

Because both travel and loading functions use compressed air, the machine is intended for sites with a suitable air supply. Pipeline length, hose diameter, pressure loss and the demand from other pneumatic tools should be considered when planning the operating system.

Matching the Loader to Tunnel and Haulage Conditions

A practical loader selection begins with the mine railway and roadway geometry. Track gauge, rail condition, curve radius, tunnel width and height, mine-car dimensions, loading clearance and operating gradient all affect whether a unit can move and discharge efficiently at the working face.

For the current standard ZQ-26 reference configuration, HNYT lists a recommended tunnel size of at least 2.2 x 2.5 m and an operating slope below 5 degrees. Site drawings and measured clearances should still be reviewed before production, especially where an existing underground rail system or non-standard mine cars must be matched.

From Production to Customer Delivery

Completing the truck loading marks an important handover between factory preparation and delivery. Clear equipment identification, transport planning and unloading arrangements help the receiving team prepare the site before the machines arrive.

For new projects, confirming rail gauge, tunnel dimensions, required loading capacity, compressed-air conditions and mine-car data early allows the loader configuration and shipment plan to be coordinated as one process.
