This shipment includes a 2.5-ton battery-powered electric locomotive, the ZQ-13 pneumatic rock loader, tipping mine cars, and selected mining spare parts. All equipment was custom-built according to the customer’s mine conditions. The designs match local rail gauge, temperature, humidity, and underground working requirements.

The ZQ-13 pneumatic rock loader is designed for efficient underground rock loading. It has a bucket capacity of 0.13 m³ and uses air motors rated at 9 kW + 15 kW. It is suitable for tunnels equal to or larger than 1.7 m × 1.9 m, making it ideal for narrow mining headings with limited space.

The 2.5-ton battery-powered electric locomotive usually uses a 3.5 kW mining DC traction motor. For this project, the customer selected a higher-power motor. This upgrade improves traction force and keeps operation more stable during daily haulage. The tipping mine cars complete the transport system and support smooth material transfer underground.
