
Remote-Control Z20 Electric Rock Loader Operating at a South American Mine
HNYT has received a customer-site video showing a remote-control Z20 electric rock loader operating after delivery to a mine in South America. The footage follows the rail-mounted machine as it travels along the installed track and completes bucket lifting and lowering movements.
Together with earlier factory test footage and production photos, the update traces a clear progression from controlled function checks in China to customer use in South America. It also gives mining teams a practical view of the compact electric loader’s working layout and remote-control configuration.

Customer Video from a South American Mine
At the customer’s South American mining site, the yellow loader is positioned on a straight section of mine rail and connected to its electrical supply. The video records rail travel together with the slewing and bucket mechanism moving through several working positions.
The operator remains off the machine while the remote-control configuration is exercised. Repeated responses from the travel and bucket systems provide a useful visual confirmation that the loader can be controlled from a nearby observation point after installation.

Remote Control Supports Better Operator Positioning
The remote-control system is intended to let the operator choose a clear nearby viewing position instead of standing next to the bucket linkage or riding on the machine. This can improve visibility around the bucket, track and receiving area during positioning and loading movements.
Remote operation does not replace mine-site safety procedures. Personnel should remain outside the movement zone, confirm track and cable conditions before starting, maintain communication around the work area and isolate electrical power before inspection or maintenance.
A Compact Rail-Mounted Loader for Broken Rock and Ore
The Z20 is a single-bucket electric rock loader designed for rail-mounted underground mucking. During a working cycle, the bucket enters the material pile at the front, gathers blast-broken rock or ore, then lifts and discharges the load toward a mine car positioned behind the loader.
HNYT’s current standard reference data for the Z20-class remote-control electric loader lists a 0.20 m3 bucket, common gauge options of 600, 762 or 900 mm, a 10.5 kW travel motor and a 13 kW bucket motor. A roadway of at least 2.0 x 2.2 m is the typical reference; the delivered unit’s final data should always be checked against the confirmed order.

Electric Drive Must Be Matched to the Site
Electric drive avoids the compressed-air network required by a pneumatic rock loader and produces no engine exhaust at the point of operation. The site must still provide the specified voltage and frequency, suitable electrical protection and a cable arrangement that remains clear of the rails and moving structure.
Project matching should also cover rail gauge and condition, curve radius, gradient, tunnel profile, bucket clearance, mine-car dimensions and unloading height. Reviewing these items together is important because the loader, railway, power supply and receiving vehicle operate as one material-handling system.

Factory Functional Testing Before Delivery
Earlier factory footage associated with the project records a Z20 loader completing a controlled bucket cycle on temporary test rails. The setup allowed the production team to observe the lifting path, slewing response and return movement through repeated operation before final delivery preparation.
Routine checks also cover travel response, control operation, accessible connections, guards, fasteners and general exterior condition. Any order-specific electrical and remote-control functions are verified against the confirmed configuration before the machine proceeds to final finishing and shipment preparation.
From Factory Completion to Mine-Site Use in South America
The workshop photo shows several completed yellow loaders lined up with their buckets, lifting frames, protective housings and identification plates installed. This production record complements the earlier test footage by documenting the machines after final assembly and finishing.
