
HNYT Ships Six ZQ-13 Rock Loaders for Metal Mining in Africa
HNYT has recently completed container loading and dispatch of six ZQ-13 rock loaders for metal mining in Africa. The air-powered machines are intended for loading broken rock and ore in mine workings. The overseas shipment brings together six units of the same model, with factory photographs documenting equipment preparation, staging beside the container and forklift handling during the loading process.

Factory Preparation and Container Loading
At the factory, the loaders were brought together in the workshop ahead of container loading. The machines stood in rows with their buckets and lifting frames visible, leaving an aisle for personnel to work alongside them. One workshop photograph shows a worker attending to a loader near its side controls and hose connections during preparation.

The shipment then moved to the container-loading stage. A forklift was used to transfer a loader to the open container entrance, where a steel loading plate bridged the height difference between the workshop floor and the container threshold. Personnel were positioned beside the doorway to guide the handling operation. Wrapped packages and a wooden case can also be seen farther inside the container.
These images record the equipment at the factory and during transfer into the container. With six ZQ-13 units dispatched for the African metal-mining application, this order has progressed from factory preparation to outbound shipment.

Matching the Loader to Metal Mine Workings
In metal-mine workings, an air rock loader handles the loading step between rock breaking and haulage. Its bucket gathers loose rock or ore and transfers the material into receiving equipment, reducing the need to shovel each load by hand. A compact bucket loader can be useful where working space is limited.
For this type of application, the loader must fit both the working area and the transport system. Tunnel clearance, running arrangement, receiving-car height and available compressed air should be reviewed together. The published bucket volume and tunnel dimensions are starting points for selection; suitability also depends on the actual mine layout and the material being handled.
